Goldberg Kohn liked its existing web site design, but it's existing site was slow and unscalable. The marketing staff was spending an inordinate amount of time overseeing site changes and service requests. Firmseek's task: Rebuild the entire site architecture and content management system from scratch and assume all subsequent hosting and maintenance responsibilities. Firmseek's Solution
- Programmed a database-driven site that addressed all the shortcomings of the previous site. The Firmseek Site Pilot serves as the backbone of the content management system.
- Made the site entirely editable, enabling Goldberg Kohn staff to save time and money administering the site on a daily basis.
- Rebuilt the firm's litigation and alumni Flash maps to add new cross-referencing functionality, while making these previously static Flash pieces entirely updateable in-house.
- Incorporated new functionality throughout the site: improved search and navigation functionality, redesign and restructuring of pages, addition of automated multi-level practices, and greater control over ordering of items across the site and within pages.
