- Performed informal focus groups with the firm's target market --current law students and summer associates -- to come up with a design that appealed to the group. (It's interesting to note that the focus group's response significantly altered the recruiting committee's original design selection.)

Design and developed informative, yet creative, ways to convey key information about the firm to recruits including an interactive photo gallery, in-depth recruiting information for each office accessed via funky city icons, downloadable podcasts and community service/attorney spotlights.
